1. Who we are

Looqal is a service of Optimaize BV ("we", "us"), based in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94040338. We generate Google Business Profile posts and audits for local businesses. You review and publish the posts yourself; Looqal never publishes automatically. Contact: info@optimaize.io.

2. Data we process

  • Account: email, hashed password, full name.
  • Business profile: name, industry, location, services, tone.
  • Google Business Profile: publicly analysed data (via Firecrawl) for the AI audit.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe, we only receive subscription status.
  • Usage data: generated posts, statuses, IP address and logs.

3. Purposes

  • Delivering the service (generating posts that you review and publish yourself).
  • Account and billing management.
  • Customer support and account communication.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

4. Legal bases

Performance of contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligations (6.1.c), and legitimate interest for security and product improvement (6.1.f).

5. Google data

Looqal has no direct integration with Google and does not request access to your Google account or business profile. You enter business information yourself, which we use to generate content. For the AI audit we only analyse the publicly visible page of your Google Business Profile (via Firecrawl). You review and publish all posts yourself.

6. Sub-processors

  • Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, edge functions).
  • Stripe (payments).
  • Lovable AI Gateway (post text generation).
  • Firecrawl (scanning the public Google Business Profile page for the audit).

7. Retention

Account and billing data is kept while you are a customer and 7 years after for tax purposes. Posts and business profiles are deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. Email info@optimaize.io. You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email.
